Mail Identity Cloud is intended for invited users who have permission to connect the mailbox and contact data they authorise.

Sender matching uses public website images. Logos can be unavailable or incorrectly matched, and photo display depends on Apple Mail and contact sync.

You can stop using the service and revoke its Google access at any time. Contact the administrator who invited you for help with corrections or removal.
